4. WHOISINTOWN MEMBERSHIP
WHOISINTOWN membership is available to anyone who is 18 years of age or older and who will truthfully and accurately provide all required information (including a legitimate email address). You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account information, and that you agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WHOISINTOWN reserves the right to terminate any Membership at any given time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.  In addition, members who violate these Terms and Conditions may have their membership terminated, and their membership information deleted/removed. WHOISINTOWN is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from such act.

6. WHAT CONTENT ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE WHOISINTOWN SITE?
You understand that all information, data, software, audio, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. While WHOISINTOWN will make all reasonable attempts to remove objectionable Content, WHOISINTOWN is not responsible for policing the entire Site. In accordance to this, you agree NOT to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available:

i. any Content that is pornographic, obscene, or sexual in nature.

7. WHOISINTOWN MAY EXAMINE ANY MATERIALS SUBMITTED TO THE SITE AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
You acknowledge that although WHOISINTOWN does not and cannot examine all Content submitted or transmitted to the Site, WHOISINTOWN has the absolute right (but not the obligation) to delete, move and edit Content for any reason or no reason, at any time, without prior notice.

11. LIMITED LIABILITY OF WHOISINTOWN.
